CRM Advisor Support   

Contributing advice as to how to maintain the CRM, sharing best practices, understanding how your firm uses the system and guiding you through optimization via standing conference calls.

Providing on-call support includes answering questions, guidance with reports and value lists or fields and any other necessary support on an as-need basis. This option is best for those that want to accomplish many things in a phased approach. For example, you can focus on training first, then automating a close out process, then optimization of a specific module, etc.

If your CRM is or will be connected to another system be it an FDC (Financial Data Connector), SQL connection or an API, we can monitor those connections weekly to ensure they are running as intended and help troubleshoot if disconnection occurs.
Scope includes the following:
  • Monthly conference call with your CKC project manager to receive personalized guidance
  • Status update on open projects and items discussed on the monthly call
  • Access to your project manager for any additional on-call support
  • Connection monitoring​​

CRM Hands-On Support   

Beyond providing advice to the firm as to how to implement or maintain the CRM system, CKC will be completing the work in addition to guiding.

Our proactive hands-on support includes bi-monthly meetings lead by a CKC project manager. Bi-monthly meetings will address on-going action items and progress completion updates. Training is customized for the firm and available on an as-needed basis.

This package includes 75 minutes a month of training and can be scheduled at your convenience. Typical topics cover CRM 101, OFA (Overall Firm Administrator) features, a targeted session for BD/Marketing or a session to dive-deep into a specific feature like dashboards, opportunities / pursuits, reporting or contact management.
Scope includes the following:
  • Bi-monthly conference call with your CKC project manager to receive personalized guidance
  • Status update on open projects and items discussed on the monthly call
  • Access to your project manager for any additional on-call support
  • Connection monitoring
  • Basic data clean-up and import
  • 75 minutes of training a month
  • Phased proposal automation guidance to work towards getting your processes automated
  • Phased implementation to progress through the process of fully implementing your CRM instead of being fast-tracked in a 16-week timeframe

CRM Overall Firm Administrator (OFA)

Beyond providing advice to the firm, CKC takes on the role of OFA and integrates into the firm becoming an extension of your staff. As an extended employee, your staff members all have direct access to the CKC project manager for all questions, requests and changes necessary for users to effectively use the system.​​
Scope includes all the bullets of the above CRM Advisor and Hands-On Support package in addition to the following:
  • In-Depth data clean-up and import
  • The CKC project manager is the OFA for your firm and does the bulk of the work acting as an extension of your staff.
