Thank you for allowing CKearney Consulting, LLC (CKC) the honor to provide our services to meet your CRM needs as a Trusted Partner and work with your team. 

I want to take this time to sincerely express my appreciation for partnering with me and my team. I recognize the risk you and your firm took working with a new and growing small business. Over the last two and a half years, CKC has gone from a company of one to a team of ten and with that growth many changes have occurred.

We now have a better understanding of our market, the services and benefits we provide, the business structure that is best suited for us as well as the needs of our customers. With this knowledge, we created a package structure to streamline our services and allow for better financial planning and stability which means we can service you better!

Our business model has moved away from an hourly rate structure to that of a monthly subscription. We have shifted all new clients to this platform with great success and will work to transition all current clients to the new packages.

Please review the three packages and let Rebecca or me know which one you want to move to effective January 1, 2019. The chart to the right is a comparison guide for your reference.

Package Comparison

CRM Advisor Support 
$6,000 lump sum or $1,000 a month for a 6-month commitment


Contributing advice as to how to maintain the CRM, sharing best practices, understanding how your firm uses the system and guiding you through optimization via standing conference calls.

Providing on-call support includes answering questions, guidance with reports and value lists or fields and any other necessary support on an as-need basis. This option is best for those that want to accomplish many things in a phased approach. For example, you can focus on training first, then automating a close out process, then optimization of a specific module, etc.

If your CRM is or will be connected to another system be it an FDC (Financial Data Connector), SQL connection or an API, we can monitor those connections weekly to ensure they are running as intended and help troubleshoot if disconnection occurs.

Scope includes the following:
  • Monthly conference call with your CKC project manager to receive personalized guidance
  • Status update on open projects and items discussed on the monthly call
  • Access to your project manager for any additional on-call support
  • Connection monitoring​​

CRM Hands-On Support    
$9,000 lump sum or $1,500 a month for a 6-month commitment


​Beyond providing advice to the firm as to how to implement or maintain the CRM system, CKC will be completing the work in addition to guiding.

Our proactive hands-on support includes bi-monthly meetings lead by a CKC project manager. Bi-monthly meetings will address on-going action items and progress completion updates. Training is customized for the firm and available on an as-needed basis.

This package includes 75 minutes a month of training and can be scheduled at your convenience. Typical topics cover CRM 101, OFA (Overall Firm Administrator) features, a targeted session for BD/Marketing or a session to dive-deep into a specific feature like dashboards, opportunities / pursuits, reporting or contact management.

Scope includes the following:
  • Bi-monthly conference call with your CKC project manager to receive personalized guidance
  • Status update on open projects and items discussed on the monthly call
  • Access to your project manager for any additional on-call support
  • Connection monitoring
  • Basic data clean-up and import
  • 75 minutes of training a month
  • Phased proposal automation guidance to work towards getting your processes automated

CRM Overall Firm Administrator (OFA)
$12,000 lump sum or $2,000 a month for a 6-month commitment


Beyond providing advice to the firm, CKC takes on the role of OFA and integrates into the firm becoming an extension of your staff. As an extended employee, your staff members all have direct access to the CKC project manager for all questions, requests and changes necessary for users to effectively use the system.​​

*Overage. The $2,000 monthly minimum covers 12 hours a month anything in excess will be charged at an hourly rate of $165 and will be billed at the end of the month.

Scope includes all the bullets of the above CRM Advisor and Hands-On Support package in addition to the following:
  • In-Depth data clean-up and import
  • The CKC project manager is the OFA for your firm and does the bulk of the work acting as an extension of your staff.

Terms & Conditions


Lump Sum Payment Schedule
50% of the lump sum fee is due upon acceptance of the proposal and payment must be received before work begins. At completion of the project, the remaining fee is due. Depending on the option selected the fee schedule would be as follows:
  • Advisor and On-Call Support. $3,000 upon acceptance and $3,000 at completion of the 6-month commitment
  • Advisor and Hands-On Support. $4,500 upon acceptance and $4,500 at completion of the 6-month commitment
  • Overall Firm Administrator. $6,000 upon acceptance and $6,000 at completion of the 6-month commitment 

Monthly Payment Schedule
Payments are due at the beginning of the month before work begins. Depending on the option selected the fee schedule would be as follows:
  • Advisor and On-Call Support. $1,000 a month for 6 months
  • Advisor and Hands-On Support. $1,500 a month for 6 months
  • Overall Firm Administrator. $2,000 a month for 6 months

Terms
At the end of each month, the client will receive an invoice if any reimbursement expenses incurred as well as any expenses for overage of hours worked behind what's included in the contracted package to be paid within 30 days.

Renewal
Agreements will be reviewed and renewed every six months.

Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason with 10 (ten) days advance written notice of intent to cancel. Outstanding balances are due in full for work completed.
